Guerlain's Tradition, Glamour, Quality, packaging, Campaigns and Originality in everything made me always prefer them to all other cosmetics brands.

But above all, the quality of the customer service is the best one I ever saw...Here's the story,
L'instant de Guerlain; the bottle of perfume I wear since 2001; got a problem closing, and it was the first time that this happens in 10 years, so I decided to go to Guerlain Store, the one in front of Le Bon Marché in Paris to see if they fix it, and also to warn them about the flow.
I entered, found there a very nice manager, and as soon as I finished talking about my problem, he took the bottle, apologized and packed a new one, thanking me for helping them improve their products.......

Isn't that AMAZING???!!!
